Melanie has been a licensed massage therapist for almost twenty years and is also a certified foot reflexologist and Reiki Master Teacher. Her bodywork style blends Swedish relaxation, deep-tissue massage, and trigger-point therapy to target specific areas of pain and tension. She infuses gentle Reiki energy into every session to help calm the nervous system and relax muscles more quickly. Melanie also offers stand-alone Reiki sessions, which help clients who are sensitive to pressure and have high amounts of stress, as well as foot and hand reflexology sessions for foot pain and tension, as well as for general relaxation and grounding. She also offers lymphatic drainage massage to help her clients manage inflammation and sinus congestion. She is adept at finding the right pressure for her clients and takes pride in her time management to address their concerns in each session.
